At Tenth & Pine, we're committed to providing high-quality, eco-friendly essentials for little ones. Because many of our products are made to order or shipped directly from our brand partners, our return policy varies by product.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Tenth & Pine Items
    • Tenth & Pine Baby and Kids items: Since these items are made to order, we only offer exchanges or return for store credit.
    • Tenth & Pine Adult items: Since these items are custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
  • Products from Other Brands
    • Items purchased from our brand partners must be returned directly to the brand in accordance with their return policy. If you need assistance, please contact us, and we'll help guid you through the process.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assist in resolving the issue with the appropriate brand.

  • Personalized, Final Sale, or Clearance Items
  • Gift Cards

Returns for Store Credit

Returns must be sent back and postmarked within 14 days of approval.

    The following criteria must be met to qualify for a return:

    • Product must be in original packaging 
    • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed
    • Product must not be damaged
    • Full priced, non discounted or final sale items.

    In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a return. 

    Shipping Return Items

    You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a return. Returns must be sent back and postmarked within 14 days of approval.
